· Retina Display - 1536 x 2048 pixels in a 9.7 screen which is 4 times better than the iPad2. It includes a HD Screen with Razor-sharp text and Richer colors
· Design – slightly heavier and marginally thicker

· 4G (if you’re in the U.S)
· Better battery life
